Kitchen
Our open plan kitchen is well equipped and ready for you to cook up a scrumptious meal, or if you would prefer we can arrange for a chef to do the cooking for you – This is a holiday home after all!
Dining Room
Spacious, comfortable and opening to the garden, our dining room is a wonderful place to enjoy every meal, from a fresh breakfast to a celebratory dinner.
Lounge
With the comfiest sofa, and several other chairs and couches to choose from, this living room is a great place to spend time with your friends and family, to watch a show on the smart TV (You can log in to your favourite streaming accounts), or to just chill out. We have also provided some games, books and puzzles. This whole room has underfloor heating and an air-conditioning unit as well!
Loft bedroom and en-suite bathroom
Spacious third floor loft room with extra long king sized sleigh bed, smart TV, air-conditioning, it’s own private bathroom and views of the South Downs Hills. The bed linen is 100% Egyptian cotton, and a hair dryer is kept in the drawers.
King Size Bedroom
This is a large double bedroom with easy chair, full-length wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table / desk, right next to the main shower room. The bed linen is 100% Egyptian cotton, and a hair dryer is kept in the drawers.
Main shower room
We provide bath towels, hand towels, and face cloths for our guest to use during their stay along with complimentary shampoo and body wash.
Double bedroom
A light airy feeling standard double bedroom that faces the rising sun, with air conditioning, and chest of drawers / hooks for your clothes. The bed linen is 100% Egyptian cotton.
Single bedroom
Single bedroom that receives the morning sun, with chest of drawer and hooks for storing your clothes. The bed linen is 100% Egyptian cotton.
Entrance hall and ground floor toilet
In our entrance hall we have a coat cupboard, and shoe bench for easily removing and storing all outside shoes – We recommend that you bring slippers as we have a strict ‘no shoes’ policy.
In our under stairs cupboard you’ll find an iron and ironing board, and airer for drying any wet items (There is a washing machine in the kitchen) an larger cleaning equipment.
Our toilets all have a douche spray for your personal attention to hygiene.
Exterior
There is parking on the drive for at least two cars, and easy street parking nearby should you need more space.
We operate four CCTV cameras on the exterior of the property only: Two over the front driveway/ entrance, and two across the back garden facing the fence and the back gate.

Location
Our lovely South Downs Town House is Situated in Upper Beeding, in the South Downs National Park, where the South Downs Way crosses the South Downs Link, just 10 mins drive to Shoreham-by-Sea and within easy access of Brighton, Hove and Worthing.
