A red horizontal line will become bolder from left to right as it comes up to your desired temperature. Switch stop to cease cooking and off to deactivate the oven. Oven Mitts are in the drawer beside the oven. Please also use the hot rack provided for hot pans, please don’t put hot pans directly on the worktops.

We suggest loading the dishwasher after a meal, popping in a tablet, selecting eco then Start. And your wash will be ready for the next meal. • TV – The television is a Smart TV. Switch it on using the remote control and in settings ensure that the TV is  connected to the Undermill Guest Wifi Network. • Music / Airplay – The smart TV doubles up as a bluetooth speaker. Ensure that both the TV and your device are on the same WIFI network, and activate your bluetooth connectionl. Switch on TV, select ‘Change Input’, then select Airplay. Next, open your music app, select Airplay, then ‘Select Device’ which will then offer a drop down of available devices. E.g. On Spotify, this is on the ‘now playing’ control page in the bottom left hand corner. In our experience, connection can be a little temperamental but it always gets there if you persist.

Guide to the light switches

Yes, there are a lot, and they can be activated from more than one switch, in more than one way – It can be a bit confusing but here’s a guide to make it a little easier.

Please be aware that the lights take a couple of seconds to respond, so always allow them a moment or two to activate before pressing them again.

The over bed lights in the bedrooms have individual switches to the left and right of the beds. The main lights are two way and can be switched on and off from both the bedside and the main light switches.
