House Rules 

• Guests are permitted, but no more than 10 people in the property at any one time, and only a maximum of 7 people to actually stay the night. 

• Please be thoughtful – Excessive noise and inconsideration of other guests and neighbours will not be tolerated.

• Please do not wear shoes in the house including on the hard floors, a rack is provided in the entrance hall for storing your shoes during your visit. We suggest wearing your slippers. Coats Can be hung in the cupboard under the stairs. 

• Absolutely no smoking in the house, or near open doors / open windows. 

• Please refrain from using candles –  You are welcome to use the LED candles we have provided instead. They are on the shelf beside the larder in the kitchen.

• Toilet – Please nothing but toilet paper should go down the toilets. There are little bins provided for everything else.

• Showers – A squeegee is provided for wiping away water. It would be appreciated if you could squeegee the water off glass after your shower – it helps reduce the build up of limescale on the screens and helps us keep cleaning costs down. 

• Please leave wet and/or dirty towels on the towel rails in the bathrooms or in the laundry baskets – Not on the furniture or floors.

The house must be left respectfully and tidy, otherwise additional costs will apply.
